I don’t live in the area — I was 300 km away from home when my Ford Transit 250 broke down. After stopping by another garage that couldn’t figure out the issue, I went straight to this shop without an appointment — and I’m so glad I did. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional from the moment I arrived. Stephen, the Assistant Service Manager, was the one I spoke with — he was amazing throughout the whole process. I didn’t get the name of the mechanic, but they did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue quickly and efficiently. I was back on the road within just a few hours. Honestly, 5 stars don’t feel like enough for this experience. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended! Thank you, Stephen and team, for the outstanding service!

I brought my Civic into Sisley Honda for a service recall. I was on time and so were they. Lucas my service advisor was professional and fun to deal with. He had an Uber for me in less than 5 minutes and home I went. Lucas called 3 hours later to let me know that the car was ready and an Uber was at my door in minutes to take me back. I have been dealing with Sisley since I bought the car from them in 2016. They listen, they explain, they take responsibility for my complete satisfaction.

GMC - I’m embarrassed for you. My 2014 Sierra with 89,000km went into your shop (Hopper’s in North Bay, Ontario) 75 days ago with a blown lifter spring, with no explanation how that could happen, only to have it happen again a second time during the road test. That did not fix the root cause and since then have replaced the ECM, an injector and most recently the oil pump and still hasn’t solved the underlying problem. This science experiment continues to this day while being denied assistance and a loaner vehicle. GM does not value its costumers and continues to fail miserably at fixing and returning my truck in working order. I’ve never even heard of anything this disgraceful, let alone experience it first hand. This has been a nightmare and I will do my best to ensure everyone is aware of what it means to be a GMC customer.

This place was great until it wasn't. Great French Vanilla machine, and complementary vacuuming of my car, however, I can do both of those myself. The car took two days to repair instead of one - they charged me for a car rental and only ended up paying for one day. They let me know while I was on my way to pick up the car that they would need another day. After several conversations about the car rental, I was told that only the General Manager could provide a store credit. On another visit, they gave my car back to me and parts fell out of the engine area as I drove away! The manifold cover ($208) wasn't fixed on properly, there was a socket wrench still inside the vehicle and the engine cover emblem ($27) was missing.

Nothing but headaches with the service centre, I’ve had to bring it in multiple times for recall work and warranty work, each time has issues - parts not in, misdiagnosing issues, unnecessary costly repairs, and more. Worst experience ever. Do not buy or service with them.

I used to be a regular customer and their were a number off issues and stop going to this dealership. I recently went back because someone told me they got better. I was very disappointed in my last visit costing me over $3000.00 for repairs. I made appointment prior to the visit and I told the person exactly what was wrong with my car when I got there I had to repeat everything again to them. On that visit no one told me I could of waited for the diagnostic, the person told me I had to leave the car for the day which I did. I then call at noon to find out the status of my car and I was told no one looked into the issue even though I told the service person I needed my car because I had to go to work at night. There were so much issues when I finally got my car in with communication, promises were made and NOT kept. I sent an email to the service manager July 15th 2025 and I am yet to hear from him. What I don't understand is that they have a signed at the service department saying they ONLY do 5 starts rating that is NOT a true statement. I wish I did NOT the 5star rating the first time I should of waited until the work was done on my car. I will NOT recommended this dealership to anyone. The ONLY good thing about my visit was the drivers was very friendly, If I had a choice it would be 0 rating

Asked Hyundai Aurora service to change my fuel sending unit in 2021. Whatever they did, it caused a.EVAP leak. The fuel pump had to be replaced and I had to complain to Better Business Bureau for Hyundai to fix the problem at their expense. The fuel sending unit is gone again, it only lasted three years. They changed the bushings in steering column, the horn stopped working. The engine quit after 11 years. Very disappointed with Hyundai will never buy another Hyundai again.

I've now dealt with Hyundai Pembroke since 2009, purchasing 4 new Vehicles in that time span. All Departments are great, staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Service Department always try to meet my needs when it comes to appointment times and always advise me on any service that should be handled. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle or have them perform all of my service needs.

First and last time bringing my car here for service. The only reason I decided to try them is because they perform warranty work on the weekend. Certainly hope the work is more professional than the so called service staff. The rude and condescending attitude from the long dark haired girl in the service area was far from “Ideal”.
