The service, and honesty at Cornwall Nissan is far above the others. They go of their way to treat you like family and why you always return.

I lost a credit card down inside the hatch of the "super console" in my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. I called the service department to enquire about having them retrieve it for me. The service advisor, who I believe was named Sara, informed me that it would be a one hour labour charge of $119 for them to get it out. I did a quick google search and figured out how to do it myself and it took less than one minute to get the card back. I cannot believe that they said it would take one hour to do the exact same thing. Beware of these swindlers. Cannot give zero stars or I would.

After storing for the Winter of 2024/2025 my 2021 F-type was dead. Could not get it started even after a boost from the Jag Roadside Assistance. Four different tow trucks came in over two days and still could not resolve the issue. Moreover we were unable to locate the release cord to put the car in Neutral. I was at the Dealership on a Monday after 6pm to get directions and the Service Dept was closed. Sales made a few calls and Michel dropped by and was very kind to take me to some demos to show me the neutral release cord. However, my exact model was not in the dealership. Michel would call me the next day to give directions. Michel was extremely kind to go out of his way to help me out. Thank you Michel! My apologies if I spelt your name incorrectly. The next day Greg, the Service Manager facilitated a technician to get my car started and bring it to the Dealership. Thank you Greg for going that extra mile to get a very frustrating issue resolved. Much appreciated and thank you! I was made very comfortable and assured by Tibor Muresan that my car will be fixed and roadworthy. He got my battery replaced under warranty and ensured that a complete check be done on my car as my warranty was expiring in July 2025. I have dealt with Tibor on another occasion and he never fails to impress me with his exemplary customer experience. Thank you Tibor! I have decided to extend my warranty un till 2030 and will drop by soon to sign the papers with Michael. Thank you Coventry and especially Michel, Greg and Tibor! You guys are a class act!

I brought my Chev Cruze in for what most would agree is - Wreck your car

I brought my Chev Cruze in for what most would agree is straight forward repairs. A fuel injector, injector cleaning , throttle body service, plugs, transmission and coolant change.I was greeted by Steven Webster (service advisor). Brought it in Thursday afternoon and Monday I was called saying it was ready. I got one minute down the road and the engine light was flashing. The car also was jerking.Wait! Steven said “I will be shocked how good it drives”. I brought it back and was told someone will be on it after lunch. I was called with a useless update with Steven telling me they hadn’t driven it but sometimes the transmission sometimes needs updates after a drain and fill, he later told my wife he shouldn’t have said that. (Because it’s not true) They said they can’t figure out what’s wrong and need it into the next day. Next day my car is sitting outside and Steven says they still are looking into it. I asked to speak to management and was met by Greg Emmons. Needless to say he was no help. “Did you authorize the repair” Yes ! , expecting someone who knows what they’re doing to fix it properly. He went on, “Where working short” “ If you want money back I’ll take the parts and the fluids” He then asked why I’m still standing in his office. What a leader this guy is, If I can remember they ruined my car! No longer trusting this dealer , I took my poor running vehicle to Roy Nichols. Two hours later a diagnosis. Cowan broke a brand new spark plug #2 , broke the plug on my #4 coil . Also did not calibrate the throttle body after a service which Roy Nichols states is part of the job. This sickens me , sickens me knowing I spent $1800 at Cowan . Roy Nichols additional $422 . My wife brought the parts back to Cowan and upon further conversation found out the service advisor Steven Webster worked on my car. “Cause we are short staffed”. A guy who said he has 20 years experience in the industry. This is wrong on every level and inexcusable. This happened on Greg Emmons watch. How long has this been going on to others I thought? Cowan paid the $422 and gave another $400 back as well . Hardly worth my trust and headache. It’s infuriating to be treated like a hassle in the manager office at Cowan . Full well Greg knowing unqualified people are working on your car and breaking new parts, not following protocol on service done. Words can’t describe this experience. I wouldn’t let them put air in a tire. Do not bring your vehicle here, trust me cause you can’t trust them. 1

Worst service ever had!! First I was told my truck was ready for pick up because issues were fixed. I get the keys start to leave truck goes back into limp mode so the truck was back into service area and needed to stay to get it fixed. I waited for two hours for a shuttle and I had to call for another ride because shuttle service was way too long. They offered to pay a rental as my truck was in the shop for repairs and as I got the text saying my truck was ready for pick up, I called and was informed they are not paying for the rental they offered. Not a happy customer

My wife and I each had our vehicles (both Dodges) serviced within 2 weeks of each other. The Service Advisors provided good service and were friendly. The issue I have was with the actual work completed and the charges we incurred. My vehicle was brought in for intermittent stalling and refusing to start. A code appeared which was P0688 (ECM/PCM Power relay Sense Circuit). I personally know a certified technician and brought my vehicle to them. They inspected both fuse boxes, all relays, all fuses, the battery, the battery terminals, inspected the undercarriage of the vehicle for any damage. Went for a test drive with various driving patterns. They even swapped the relays for the ECM to see if that would be the issue. I was informed that perhaps my ECM was defective and it was recommended that I bring my vehicle to Dodge. I informed the individual at the service counter of the issues and all the inspections the certified technician completed before hand and requested an appointment. They were 45 minutes late to take my vehicle in (as per my scheduled appointment) and kept my vehicle for an extended period of time. They confirmed that code P0688 was still present but they only swapped the relay (which was already done) and then proceeded to charge me for swapping one relay with another that was found in my fuse box. They cannot even confirm if this was an adequate repair for the issue. My wife's vehicle was brought in for a vibration at speeds of approximately 110km/h. I inspected all four tires and noticed that the front driver's side wheel was missing a wheel weight. My wife brought her vehicle to the dealer for a inspection of the vibration as well as her power mirror switch was not lighting up when the headlights were turned on. Their solution was to hose the wheels to remove "Ice build up" (note my wife's vehicle is garage stored every evening). Their technician also inspected another vehicle of the same make/model that was found on their lot to confirm the mirror switch may not turn on with the headlights but proceeded to charge us for both services. My issue with this is that I doubt ice was built up when the vehicle is parked at well below freezing temperatures in our garage and after their solution of hosing the wheels, the vibration persists. I have doubts on if they adequately test drove the vehicle to speeds of 110km/h when there are no roads near the dealership you can safely or legally do so. As for charging a customer for a technician to go outside and check a vehicle meters from the garage and confirm that the switch does not light up is indecent customer service. My vehicle will not be returning to Belanger.

Excellent service today. with trouble shooting my wiper blade disfunction. Both blades had separate damage. Laurie explained so well the problems and I would highly recommend Dalts Honda service department.

Service did an oil change that was not mention and want $322 as still have 4,000 km left and 2 months left. Was supposed to do just the recall that were required. There was no mention on the paperwork about service and should see it was not do for the truck. Now i have no truck because of their screw up. Screen shot shows no service was needed only recall stuff ......

Biggest mistake I have ever made buying my truck there from day one it has been problem first I had a dent and scratch on it the first day I got I brought it back and they fixed it NOT I got it back with more scratches and my cluster fogged out to the point where I couldn’t see my Km while I drove at night 2nd week my transmission started slipping and all Chris could tell me is the car has to get used to my driving xxxxxxxxx other people who have the same truck have no complaints I have had the same problem for nine months now still have all the scratches my brakes are acting up on me locking I almost got into an accident because my truck stopped in the middle of traffic my emergency brake locked while I was driving I would tell Chris that and he just kept looking at me like I was an alien 👽 with snakes in my hair went in for an oil change and they scratched my truck some more when I called out Chris about it all he could say stop being so dramatic mind you this is my first brand new truck and I wanted to keep it new as long as I could but from the first day I have been cheated out of the experience of purchasing a new truck
