Bought my Dodge Caravan about a year ago from them. I was in a jam needed to have brakes checked before heading out on long trip. Service booked me in same day and resolved any issues. Also lent out a service vehicle. Was very impressed. McConnell-Barkers

Excellent service today. with trouble shooting my wiper blade disfunction. Both blades had separate damage. Laurie explained so well the problems and I would highly recommend Dalts Honda service department.

Service did an oil change that was not mention and want $322 as still have 4,000 km left and 2 months left. Was supposed to do just the recall that were required. There was no mention on the paperwork about service and should see it was not do for the truck. Now i have no truck because of their screw up. Screen shot shows no service was needed only recall stuff ......

Biggest mistake I have ever made buying my truck there from day one it has been problem first I had a dent and scratch on it the first day I got I brought it back and they fixed it NOT I got it back with more scratches and my cluster fogged out to the point where I couldn’t see my Km while I drove at night 2nd week my transmission started slipping and all Chris could tell me is the car has to get used to my driving xxxxxxxxx other people who have the same truck have no complaints I have had the same problem for nine months now still have all the scratches my brakes are acting up on me locking I almost got into an accident because my truck stopped in the middle of traffic my emergency brake locked while I was driving I would tell Chris that and he just kept looking at me like I was an alien 👽 with snakes in my hair went in for an oil change and they scratched my truck some more when I called out Chris about it all he could say stop being so dramatic mind you this is my first brand new truck and I wanted to keep it new as long as I could but from the first day I have been cheated out of the experience of purchasing a new truck

They went over and above and put it through under warranty. Thank you to Darryl Mann and Terry in Service Dept. 5 STARs for this dealer. It was ready the next day.

Honda engine on power washer service - Stoney Creek, Tim

Had the Honda engine on my power washer repaired last fall at the end of the season at DeWildt. This past week I used it for the first time and it would not run. Kyle in parts and service took it in right away and cleaned out the carburetor to get it running perfectly while I waited. He explained that problem was was likely due to the gas I was using having ethanol (which it did). Kyle said the ethanol tends to gum up the carburetor and to use Shell hi test gas that does not have ethanol. Excellent fast service and excellent advice. (The service last fall had nothing to do with the problem). All my future service and purchases will be at DeWildt .
