I booked an appointment for our Atlas Cross Sport 30,000km service and after picking up our vehicle we noticed the air conditioning was no longer working and had been working fine before the service. This was the first week of August. We have left the car with them three different days to have it diagnosed and repaired. They told us they had to order a special gas that can help detect the leak. It is now October 1st and I have left numerous messages with no returned calls I'm done with this dealership. Even when I was able to reach someone the excuses are getting hard to believe. This dealership treated us very well in the sales end, but the Service department is the worst I've ever dealt with. Good By and Good Riddance. Pi##ed Off

Only bring your vehicle in for service here if you want to be charged for work that is not necessary. I brought my Caravan to another mechanic because the engine light was on. The engine light error indicated the fan resistor was faulty. The other mechanic replaced it but the engine light remained on. He said he would need to spend more time to figure out why the light was still on. I brought it into the Dodge dealer with the faulty assumption that they know the Dodge vehicles best and could quickly fix the problem. There was also a plastic door panel that had come off the vehicle. Orleans Dodge told me they had to replace the fan resistor again even though it had already been done. They could not trouble shoot past that without the replacement. They replaced the fan resistor and informed me that it was not the issue. The real problem was corroded wiring and they needed to replace parts of the fuse box. I would have preferred to have the work done elsewhere, much cheaper, but they said they had to take the vehicle apart to get to the fuse box and I would have to pay to have them reassemble. The part did not arrive as promised the next day and since the vehicle had parts disassembled I was stuck. In the end they had the vehicle for 3 days. They charged me for the replacement fan resistor even though it did not need to be replaced and I told them it had already been replaced. They also did not reattach the panel that had come off. I spoke to the sales manager both about the unnecessary charges and the panel. He had no interest in speaking with a dissatisfied customer.

The Honda dealership on Richmond Road is terrible. Awful service. The man at the counter was belligerent with me. He even argued with me as I was leaving. I brought my car in a few weeks ago and they said it was fine after checking "everything" for $180. Then the same problem occurred so I brought it back and I wanted them to look at it for free. I had already spent $360 there for them to diagnose this problem and I didn't want to spend another $180. Then man at the counter who was not a mechanic (he had grey hair) started arguing with me immediately. When a customer has a problem, you are supposed to try and solve their problem- not argue with them. I had to tell him to open the file, he just started arguing without knowing anything about the situation. To be fair, the woman I spoke to a few weeks before was actually nice and considerate. But unfortunately she was away today so I had to contend with this ogre. I left frustrated because I wasn't about to be gouged $180 again for apparent" experts" that clearly don't know what they are doing. They just want to sell cars and brand new parts and gouge customers. So I went to Mr Lube in Nepean and the friendly man was sympathetic and checked my oil, tires and diagnosed the sensor problem using a code reading machine for free! he restarted the dash light and got rid of the warning lights. I now know the problem with my car and it didn't even take 10 minutes! He agreed he doesn't like the Honda dealership. They are eager to get your money but not to solve your problem.

Incompetent. I picked up my car and drove it 2 hours home. They call me the next day and ask me to bring it back, they left the security pod in there and needed it back. After some arguing because of the distance I was away from them I agreed to take it back in exchange for a free oil change. When it was time for the oil change, they told me that a car I bought from them wasn't in the system and they wouldn't honor the oil change. So this dealer cost me about 6 hours of my time and all I get is an empty gas tank.

Terrible Sevice Department - szandi

Hi, I had my 2017 BMW X5 towed to otto's due to a flat tire. The car has sat there outside for two days. The service department tells me they would call back yet they never do. After being on hold and transfer 3 times finally someone told me that they still don't know and they will call me back. The next day I was told that it would be in to take a look at in the morning. Once again I called back at 12 and they told me the representatives are very busy and they will call me back. Few hours later the place is closed and no call back. The tow truck driver told me that he could have a shop fix my nail in my tire for 24$ in 40 min. Since the car was new I decided to send it to Otto's not only are they going to charge me 60$ (this is outrageous when every other shop flat tire rate is between 20-30$) but now they think because the car has sat in that position for so long that the tire might not be repairable. This is my 4th BMW and my first one was purchased at OTTO's and I had a terrible service experience and left to buy my other 2 from ELite. I gave Otto's another chance since it has been 10 years and the sales rep was really good. Unfortunately I still see that they have not gotten their act together.

Terrible Upsellers - Ceebee

Brought my Q5 in for annual service which was part of the AUDI Care service package. Very simple service. They called to say my steering wheel was out of alignment and that I was probably tracking when I drove. Nonsense. However against better judgement I authorized alignment of steering wheel (not the tires). $180 later I pick up the car get on the highway and my hands are now at the 8 and 2 position in order to go straight. Call back dealership, have make another appointment to have issue addressed. Took a week to get appointment. Wasted 2 hours at appointment. "Fixed" the problem. I was told that it was not adjusted correctly the first time but it happens sometimes. Liars, liars and incompetent. WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

Bobby has been a very helpful and accommodating professional throughout my long relationship with Owasco. I recently found rust on the boot lid of my Jetta and repairs were required under warranty. Bobby understands that I live just over two hours from his dealership and was instrumental in facilitating the warranty claim and a loaner vehicle during the repair by liaising with the body shop. I am grateful to Bobby.

Just a shout out to Kathie Foster in particular (yes, the cat lady) who exemplifies what excellent service and commitment to the customer experience should look like. We had some problems with Hyundai Canada and Kathie came on board and championed our situation. I am not a very approachable person and don't like to have my personal space invaded. It's just who I am. Kathie got/gave a hug today. If the enormity of this is lost on you, then I can only try to understand.

Service desk woman is always rude...all 3 times visited. Went in for a battery replacement, and they gouged my sister over $900 just for replacing the battery and doing a supposed, computer update...now the start/stop engine function when idle at stoplights, doesn't work and some other features like eyesight function disabled etc....they all worked fine before the service. She took the 2019 Subaru Forester back to them...they supposedly did a factory reset(without even pulling it back into the shop)...this fixed nothing...they didn't even take it for a drive to test the problem features. What are my sisters options, to getting these problems fixed, without being screwed over again! I can honestly say that I will be not stop without justice for this disgusting treatment of human being! I've since talked to multiple women who were gouged badly and ended up selling their Subaru's and will never buy one ever again! Someone has to stop this untrustworthy dealer. BUYER BE WARE AT OWEN SOUND SUBARU!!!

Everytime I've had an issue with my vehicle, John is always there to save the day. He's knowledgeable, friendly, passionate and professional. I've owned several other brands and been to many dealerships. Never have I met someone like john. This guy knows the brand like its the back of his hand. He always makes sure I.m taken care of. I've seen him deal with the most difficult of people and still maintain his composure where I wouldn't. He's truly an asset to the team and anyone that has an "issue" with him is clearly mistaken. Even my wife will only deal with him. Seeing a solid brand, and a personable person behind the counter, is why I bought from this dealership twice now. I'm confident my cars are in good hands when I give him my keys and I know I'll always get it back in tip top shape. We need more people like him. Truly thankful they have someone like him on the team!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership! I waited over 20 days for an appointment, only to be told on the spot that my appointment was canceled. Their excuse? They’re only servicing cars purchased directly from them—even though my car has a manufacturer recall for heated seats! This is beyond unacceptable. The complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service is appalling. They wasted my time and clearly don’t care about helping people, even with serious safety issues. To make matters worse, I contacted their manager, who took all my contact details and promised I would receive a call from the general manager. It’s been almost three days now, and I’ve heard nothing. This shows a complete lack of accountability. I would never trust or recommend Parklane to anyone.

Service department wanted to charge full price for something partially covered under warranty Warranty work was billed for 1.9 hrs had my vehicle for 5 hrs ... had a oil change and tire rotation at the same time ... the service advisor tried to justify the length of time caused by oil change and tire rotation... not a mechanic here but if a tire rotation and oil change takes 3 hrs ???
