Service department was unprepared for my appointment even - mcperri
Service department was unprepared for my appointment even though the manager had informed the service advisor of my concerns. Service advisor asked me which spring was being replaced so she could tell the technician since there are several springs, if the manager had spoken with her then she should have known. I asked to please be notified by noon if my car needed to be there overnight in order for me to make arrangements for the next day, she committed to calling me, I didn’t receive a call until 2:30 pm, too late for me to trade my shift at work, instead I had to give up my 5 hour shift. When I explained this to the service advisor she suggested they could put my car back together and could schedule a more convenient time, the conversation should have been “ let me see what I can do to get your car ready for today” and not suggest to inconvenience me for another day.
When I picked my car up a service advisor was with a customer, I waited until he was done. The advisor then proceeded to speak to a colleague, business related, but didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t say I’ll be right with you, the way he carried on made me feel invisible.
Moving forward I will be taking my business somewhere else.
