The experienced I had on Monday with Lexus Downtown was horrible, I drove all the way from Kleinburg to have my vehicle service, the service manager turned me down because he said there was no room to accommodate my service, I even told him I could wait all day in the lobby to have it serviced especially with what the price of gas is saying now. Have been dealing with Lexus Downtown for five years and have always happy to go back there because of the good staffs and service they had. The service I got on Monday have put me away from going there again, it was a terrible service and I will never recommend anyone there again.

I recently had my 3 yr old IS Fsport 350 ceramic coated. I was reluctant to go thru the Kingston dealership, as when I bought the car they were very deceitful with me. A terrible experience. However, after speaking with Josh, attitudes at the dealership seemed to have changed. He was eager to keep me happy, explained everything fully, and seemingly truthfully. He also gave me a very fair price. I had vowed never to go back there, but I can now recommend their service.

As a result of an atrocious purchasing experience at a Lexus dealership in Toronto, I decided to drive the 40 minutes and almost 40 kilometres to Lexus of Lakeridge as a result of a recommendation. Wow, what a wonderful experience at my first 1600km free service appointment. From the moment I drove into the bay and greeted by the staff in the service bay area, to the service advisor Kevin Deokinanan, their kindness, ability to listen and appreciation of the customer’s choice to come to their dealership is very evident. I then met Kason Briggs, Assistant Service Manager and Paul Mirabella, Service Manager whom I knew years earlier from Scarborough Toyota. I had no idea where they had gone to and having them in charge of the service department at Lexus of Lakeridge, I knew this would now be my go to dealership. Kason and Paul had always been so kind, professional, knowledgeable with integrity in their dealings with me and today was no different.

Booked to get second key for my car as I only received one. I was asked it I wanted a ride anywhere. I said no as I was told by my friend, who also got a second key done, that it would take about 40 minutes, I told the service manager that and he said it could take up to an hour and a half as they wash the outside and inside of the car too. Bonus! I had the first appointment of 7:30 and I checked in electronically at 7:20. They let me in and I gave them my key. The service manager said it was too cold to wash the outside of the car but they would be doing the inside. He then led me to the waiting room. At 9:00 (1.5 hours) I went to the service manager and he asked is something was wrong. I told him it had already been an hour and a half. He check and said they'd be washing my car now, which they did not. Got my car at 9:20 - one hour and 50 minutes from drop off. When I got in my car, the supposed cleaning was horrible. The dash, console, etc. were washed with a dirty rag and not dried. I have pictures that I will send to the service manager. The doors were not cleaned. The only reason I am giving a one star is that the dealership it self is beautiful, immaculate and the people were very courteous and pleasant. I will not be going back there.

I don't recommend this dealer Lexus of Windsor), especially for the service. They overcharged me twice first time back to 2008 (oil change was CAD$216.00), thereafter I had to deal with Mead Lexus for 1/2 of the price with the exchange rate and for any service I need. Mistakenly; a few weeks ago I went to change the windshield and they have charged me taxes for the whole job on top of my deductible which I have got a promise from my insurance company to waive it for I never claim anything with them for a long time; I had hard time explaining to them that I have to pay only my deductible but nothing happened and I had to escalate to GM who promised me twice to get the money back but nothing happen after 3 weeks now.. My advice is to check prices with other dealers before you go to this dealer because they offer discounts for persons who like them and give them five stars.

This is a great dealership. Good customer service. Helpful staff. Have introduced friends to this dealership, and continue recommending friends to this dealership. After negotiating a good price and purchase, the salesperson is off the scene - it is then that a good dealership shines though, providing exceptional service. Been with this dealership since they moved to their present location (at Leslie & Eglinton), and they never fail to amaze me with their 5 star service, both to my vehicle and the customer.

Worst Service Experience Ever! I wish there was a negative star. I am a 2017 Ford Focus SE owner, bought from Lincoln Heights in June 2017. The vehicle has already had transmission problems twice and a steering assist fault until October 2024, and the mileage just hit 89700KM. The second transmission problem and the steering fault happened within two weeks in October. The repair was costly, and the experience was bad due to their unprofessional admin progress, overcharging, and carelessness. The manager’s arrogance, judgemental attitude and irresponsible communication made it even worse.

I have a Kia Optima and the motor ceased about a year ago. I had a very difficult time trying to get Kia to cover this as most people know this is an issue. I took my vehicle to Kia lindsay and explained to the service manager Danny there my situation. He said to leave it with and he will do his best. Sure enough to my surprise he got the motor covered for us. I would like to say thank you to him and Kia lindsay and there staff for doing agreat job. JASON

I own a 2008 ford escape, that currently needs $800.00 worth of work. The steering shaft torque sensor went in it. You can only buy it from ford for $425.00, then about 3-4 hours of labour. When I googled this issue, apparently it is a recall for 2008-2011 ford escapes.. mine doesn't match the recall vin number but has the same issue. This should be looked into and possibly expanded to other vin numbers. Listowel Ford was equally as awful to deal with as it was to deal with Ford Canada. I was told a tech could verify it was that sensor but it costs $135. When it's been verified by 2 other parties. I am now out of a vehicle and won't be able to get to my physio and concussion therapy.

Very dissatisfied with service department. Waited 2 hours fora simple oil change. Waited at the drive in door 10 minutes because cars were backed up inside. I finally went in and was told they were 15 minutes behind. I toldhim I would wait for my car. My last oil change before this one took 1 1/2 hours. Very poor service.

My PHEV Outlander was towed to London Mitsubishi on December 19, 2024, it is now May 21, 2025 and they have now fixed it yet. This repair is a warranty repair. Mick the lier ignores my calls all week, then on Friday acts like he is about to have it fixed. Then he ignores my calls all week and doesn’t call me back even though I leave multiple voice mails. They will not provide a loaner car and xxxxsubishi Canada won’t do anything to help either. Worst dealer experience I have had in 25 years of driving/car ownership.

2025 Sorento EX 2. - Sorento Turbo Owner

2025 Sorento EX 2.5 Turbo. Made it known at arrival wanted 0W30 synthetic oil. Work order says 0w20 installed, but small note, in fine print, stating correction 0w30 installed as per vehicle specs. When I challenged the service advisor as to which viscosity is installed he says he talked to parts and tech and 0w30 was installed. It is only a computer entry error on work order as they have a new comport system. Same excuse I got 6 mos ago when I purchased vehicle at this dealership and errors made in the purchase process. Taking a new vehicle to a dealership is all about trust. Putting a correction notice on a work order, to me, looks like a way to cover their butt, but 0w20 is actually in the engine. Shop refuses to do oil change again, they say it is 0w30 installed, just a paper work error. What ever happened to building customer trust? Based on reviews of this dealership, will be looking to taking Sorento to another dealership and making sure 0w30 is in the engine, can’t take the risk that 0w20 is in a turbo engine. Dealership should have either reprinted the work order with correct info, or offered to redo the oil change to my the customer feel confident in the service dept at that dealership.
