Not truthful. Could have had a better deal but other dealers did not have it. Low ball my trade in. As supected, my trade was on the lot for $6000 more than given. They sell you add-on they claim they can't remove. That is after I got them to drop the price by $9000. Imagine what they can do to some people. Awful. Shop other dealers. Hopefully I will not need much service.
