Not sure the names of the people I dealt with. While filling my gas tank at a gas station, a clerk advised me he had noticed a front lamp out on left side of the truck. Being from out of Province, I had noticed O'Leary Buick GMC on our travels so without an appointment I drove in and was immediately greeted, My request to have a lamp replaced was completed immediately and I was so very pleased with the fast, efficient service. I was in and out in less than an hour. Excellent service!!

Mark Van Tassel contacted me regarding a 2010 cadillac cts that he had for sale. My father had been up to see it on June 30th. Mark sent me a video of the vehicle and we emailed each other over the period of a week working out a deal and settled on a final sales price with taxes and fees which I had agreed to. I was flying in from Alberta to specifically purchase the vehicle. On June 7th I emailed Mark to remind him I would be there on the 8th to pick it up. I received an email and only an email... no phone call, to advise me that he made a mistake and someone had a deposit on the vehicle already and they had sold it!!! What a ridiculous situation. Do they not have computers to log and record these things???Their excuse was that no one put a sold sign on the car haha. I made a phone call and spoke with Mark who wasn't too helpful and just said sorry. I then spoke to his boss Shea and again all he did was apologize and said he would try and find a similar vehicle for me. I haven't heard from him since. He also said the owner would phone me regarding this issue and he has not contacted me either. Not surprised. So I lost $800.00 in airfare coming to pick up this vehicle from Alberta, $50.00 for setting up and cancelling an insurance policy and all the time I wasted speaking to Mark about a vehicle that wasn't even for sale. What poor service. Save yourself the hassle and buy from Clarks in Fredericton. This place is a joke.

I purchased a used car. Immediately multiple issues came to light. Some of these issues were definitely known to the dealership and conveniently covered up/unacknowledged at the time of sale/purchase. One issue was covered under warranty. All other issues were left for me to repair/pay for/deal with. In their words when asked about a specific issue: "I don't know what you're going to do about that, but what else?" I am left with a definite distrust of this dealership as they certainly had no interest in looking after me once I had signed on the dotted line. Out of sight, out of mind must be their motto. I am left with a car I paid to repair and which may have many more issues to come up.
Staff are neat and polite. On all other counts that concern me as the purchaser, I would issue 0 stars.
