Initial Dealing Was good but When I bought it one month back Humming Issue Came, Suggested me to change tyres , which i did still issue is there. Now Yesterday When I visited there asking for 130$ to check and even Service team behavior was rude. Seems like don't care about customers. I really hope Owner will do something on this. Quality is really compromised in KIA Seltos which I feel.

We bought a used a vehicle that had a pre existing tuner that had been installed by Rhineland Ford. We had constant issues with "no-start" and this truck was a truck used for our business. Each time we would have to tow 1.5 hours to this dealership because the installation of this tuner voided the warranty that we had. No other Ford dealership would look at it. Every time we had an issue, they would act like we were such an inconvenience to THEM! So after the third or fourth time, Joe in service got very rude and said that for $200 he would remove the tuner and return it to stock. We brought it in, paid the cash, and left believing that it was completely removed. A couple weeks later we were having issues and took it to a closer service centre where they indicated that the tuner was still hooked up to the vehicle. We called Joe in service and he argued that is was out, then backpedaled when we told him we had it at another service centre and they were saying it wasn't. He then indicated that it was left in so we could monitor the gauges. He then told me to take it out myself and then hung up on me (not the first time). I then asked the current service person to talk to the owner regarding this issue. I called the owner, Mia, regarding her speaking to the current service person, and she told me it had been removed. I said it hadn't and that I have photos of it still hooked up. She asked me why 3 hours would be charged to me if they hadn't removed it? I said that's what I would like to know. She said she was "done with this" and then she hung up on me. The current service guy was completely shocked at their workmanship and customer service behaviour. These tuners are not covered by Ford so why are they installing them? The worst service I have EVER experienced!

I wasn’t sure where to begin. After experiencing major issues with my vehicle and having another dealer drop the ball, Selkirk Service (5 stars) truly stood out. I explained the problems I was facing, including an oil leak that I had yet to track down. Service Advisor Riley was fantastic to deal with—he genuinely understands customer service. Mike, the mechanic, is extremely knowledgeable and carefully inspected the truck. He identified issues caused by the poor work done by the other dealer and quickly found the source of the oil leak. The necessary parts were ordered, and Mike had the truck repaired in a timely manner. Riley ensured I was well taken care of and even contacted FCA on my behalf to have a botched repair reviewed by the warranty department. I have nothing but praise for this team. As for the sales experience, my first interaction was with Bob while exploring the option of trading in my vehicle. He was aware of the situation with my truck and understood that I might not go through with a trade once it was fixed. Bob was great to work with. However, while he was on vacation, I was directed to William and Brady, which was a different experience. William didn’t seem knowledgeable about the trucks, and Brady, who was new to the company, was overly aggressive. Brady used high-pressure sales tactics, which I found frustrating. I understand the need to close a sale, but receiving five phone calls in a day while I was at work, ignoring my clear “No,” and then bothering the service department was unprofessional. I never received an email or phone call for a survey, so this review is delayed.

Outstanding dealership and great service. I have driven several Honda Civic's, Element and two different Ridgelines. With every vehicle my needs have been met at the dealership. Routine oil changes, tire changes etc. I look forward to my visits and I am treated like a valued customer.

Fast and efficient service - JMN

Airbag replacement recall on my Mustang. Made appointment and was done in less than an hour. Vickar dealership in Winnipeg said it would take up to 4 hours! If your time is valuable, bring your service needs to Steeltown.
