This place has been a great pitstop for my husband and myself for our car service. In my most recent visit at Birchwood Honda on Regent for service, I had an amazing experience with the staff, particularly Chris Angeles. My first interaction with Chris was when I phoned in and I was transferred to him by the receptionist. He took note of everything I requested and ensured that I didn't miss out on everything I needed at that point. He sounded so personable on the phone, he didn't push and simply listened and his voice sounded very reassuring. He delivered on everything that was discussed over the phone and on the day of the service, and when I called to confirm that all the conditions promised and given by the dealership as part of the service was in place, he still showed empathy and concern over the phone. He didn't rush. He listened. He asked the right questions reassuringly. He sent all information through email which is very essential to working moms with very little time to spend calling on the phone. He provided the necessary information. And he was all out monitoring my service from day 1 until the day I went to bring my car. Uber service was ready to get me and my two kids in time to pick up the newly-inspected vehicle. Chris was good with his word that he would ensure that my children and myself will be safe with uber to complete the service of my car. In person interaction with him also proved that Honda has Chris as one of the few personnel upholding their duties providing service to the clients' satisfaction. I will go back to Honda Regent. I will actually have to get a car from Honda Regent. Thank you Chris for the great Experience.

Purchased a new Bronco sport last July. It had damage to the decal on the hood. I pointed it out and was told no problem it will take a few weeks to get the part etc. Almost a year later and after several complaints it came in. I took it to Birchwood to get the decal replaced. After sitting in the lobby for over 2 1/2 hours I was told that the service tech did not feel comfortable replacing. To sum this up I was there waiting for almost 3 hours and nothing was done, nothing. They should of told me in less than 15 minutes. By far the worst experience I have had at a dealership.

. Dont think for a minute you will get any service after you buy. They don’t keep appointments. They don’t have shuttle. They keep you longer than. Had an autopsy claim they entered wrong plate number. Two months later they order parts. Say theywill be back ordered. Poor communication.

This dealership betrayed my trust, privacy, and confidentiality as a customer when they reported me to the police because I confided my car problems to them, I don't have top speed anymore. The police came knocking to my home in the middle of the sleep to interrogate me about speeding, but thank God, they just warned me. BHW's malicious intention against me didn't succeed that night. Btw, honda has a speeding culture and they promote speed as evidenced by their promotion of racing internally and externally, fast moving honda's in snowy back roads, checkered flag, honda racing uniform and many more. In fact when I used to work for them in 2018 to 2019, one of the pre delivery inspection mechanic told me he took a brand new type r to 180 kmh when he did the delivery inspection in a 70 zone.

The winter is retreating so I booked an appointment to exchange my winter tires for new all season radials. I booked online with Joe Yetman and he made all the arrangements. A early arrival teamed me with Krista McCullough who provided a good plan as well as some alternative arrangements. We quickly came to the best solution with the least cost. A Uber ride home and back was arranged and when my Passat was ready to roll, Brandon Vail, the service manager answered all my questions about the storage of my winter tires and several other other details. I am so impressed with the professional conduct that was shown and the way my , sometimes simple questions were patiently answered. St James Volkswagen has been my choice to do all work on my Passat since I bought it in 2014. They keep it in Top Shape.
