We can't say enough about the attention, honestly and service Jason and Andre gave us when purchasing our truck! We were at the dealerahip way past closing and not once did we feel pressured to make a decision. They were patient with answering all our questions, allowed us to test drive several models of trucks and because of the time they spent with us, they found the exact truck we were looking for right down to the unique color! We walked away feeling very satisfied and content with the purchase we made!! Debra from finance was also very patient and personable and thoroughly explained all the documents and options available for the truck; She was genuinely happy for us. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! - MeganJ81
I took my van into my mechanic when the check engine light came on. They looked at it, contacted this dealership and were told it was a warranty recall, so they put my van back together. I took it to Pembina Dodge the next day who then told me even though I had documentation of the code they couldn't confirm it was a warranty recall because they didn't see it themselves. But, they could keep my van for 2-3 weeks to do tests, then tell me if it was or wasn't warranty. If it wasn't, not only would I have to pay for the repair, I would also have to pay for all the testing AND lucky me I would get to pay for my own rental vehicle as well!! I told them not to do anything, I was going to get another opinion. Then their driver got lost coming to get me, was 45 minutes later than he should have been, which got me extra charges at my daycare. YAY! I then took it to the dealership in Steinbach. They confirmed it was a warranty recall within 1 hour, had it fixed in 3 days, also fixed an issue with my muffler at no charge and provided a rental vehicle at no charge. I fully believe that no matter what they had found they would have told me it was not warranty and would have made me pay through the nose. They are crooks. Do not EVER go to Pembina Chrysler, you will get ripped off, get the run around and the service manager is too chicken to call you back.

Not sure whats going on in this service shop. Might be how they treat all customers, or just those that are from out of town. No estimate for repair, no consult for authorization after they found it was not warranty. Work done and here's your bill.

After a terrible experience at Pembina Chrysler, I came here not sure what to expect. I was told at Pembina that the problem was not a recall, would take 2-3 weeks to diagnose and fix and including the rental car would probably cost close to $5000.
At Steinbach Dodge, they diagnosed the recall in less than 1 hour, fixed it in 3 days and did not charge me for the rental car (I just had to pay insurance).
After such a disappointing beginning, this was a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be back!!

I drove from North Bay Ontario which is 21 hours away, to buy a used Corvette. After weeks of text messages and emails the Corvette was as promised and not a mark on it. The salesperson Yolande was more than helpful spending more time on this as we lived so far away. I would like to thank her and her VP and Steve for helping me load the car and make sure it was properly fasten as we had a long drive pulling the car home. If your buying a car off the web site because you can't see it in person everything I was told was truthful and helpful. It's a little far for service so I don't think I will be returning but I would if I was closer.

Bought a used low km truck there and spent 2300 on extended warranty. Encountered radio and spedo problems. Took it in to get fixed under warranty and they tried charging me 650$ in diagnostic fees. Eventually fought them down to 150 and the problem still persists. Terrible technicians and terrible customer service. Even after buying our past 3 vehicles from there they don't seem to care. Would not recommend to anyone.

Took my truck in for auto pac repairs they fixed the area that was damaged never cleaned the rest of the truck there was missing parts and they were supposed to do s 4 wheel alignment they never did. I advise anyone to stay say I live 8 miles away if I buy a new dodge I'm driving a hour away to do so

Worst dealership i had ever had to work with. Service department pads time and $$ on parts. I inquired if a problem would be covered by warranty and received Yes. I set an appointment and took time off work brought the the truck in, asked again if this was covered by warranty and was told yes agian. Just to go home and get a call in 30 min that it is not covered and i would have to pay. Probably hoping that i would agree to pay. A different dealership has taken care of the same problem for me for free. Talked to mangers and didnt no even hear attempt to apologize but some sorry excuses. This dealership is a highway robber praying on unsuspected. I would not go back even if this would be the last car dealer on Earth.

Went to dealership in January to enquire about 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, they did not have stock which was understood due to delay in factory release. We were told that we would get a call as soon as they had something comparable to what we wanted in stock, subsequently stopped at dealer three times and were promised the "call". Three months later went to Winnipeg dealer and placed order, I guess Portage dealership has already got to many customers, now five months and still waiting for phone to ring. Hope it does ring one day so I can tell them I will call them back!

We purchased a 24' Wilderness Camper from this dealership in 2008. We have had numerous problems since then that required contacting the Service/Parts Dept. The assistance we received was deplorable and we would call it the non-existent service, once you have bought the item, you can expect no service at all. From the start, here is a brief description of our problems with this camper: handle missing for antenna, T.V., radio, remote, etc. never worked properly from the start, leaking and eventually replaced skylight over shower. All these items were not covered under warranty and we paid for them. On our first long trip we had numerous repetitive problems with the tires that we also had to eventually replace upon return at a substantial cost of $448.00. Any attempt to obtain information about the so-called "tire warranty" was a complete exercise in futility, both with the dealership and with the company in the U.S. which supposedly was the manufacturer of these tires. They had never heard of the tires or anything else connected with them being on the camper we purchased. We firmly believe that the dealership replaced whatever tires this camper came with originally, along with other parts and pieces, with cheap junk!! Our latest experience was this past week upon returning from a trip west. We came home with a broken spring - and have been trying to find a replacement. Went to a machine shop, phoned 2 parts stores here in town, as well as the dealership in Swan River. Received two negative responses and one parts store here thinks they have found the right one and ordered it for us. As for the dealership where we purchased the camper, we are still awaiting an answer from the Service/Parts Dept. from an Aug. 15 phone call. They seemed very confused as to what the part was for and why we were calling them!!!!!!! We definitely would not buy another thing from this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone.
