When I worked here a cpl months I called out dishonest practices and when told by owner too bad its the way it is, I quit Jobs that had been misdiagnosed for months only to find the very first step of repair was being skipped, when discovered I was told to bill customer anyways. Without too much negativity....Try any other dodge dealership

Recently I guided a friend of mine to a Golf Sportwagen at Harbourview . The trade in transaction was very uncomplicated and without pressure. Sean (the dealer principal ) was nice enough to have a chat and Sean in sales sealed the deal . This is still a family run business and it really shows . Subsequently I have just had a service of my own Golf R and found that end of the operation to be at least as efficient and welcoming. Thanks to Iain and Jay . I rate this place as amazing , almost like a bygone era .

With his humble and eager to learn attitude, I see his appreciation to his co-worker and dedication to his career. I am very much thankful to him and his co-workers. Great service! Fleets, stay away from here - Grant

Presented a fleet card and resistance was offered. Original estimate was $800 and they say they attempted to reach the fleet card company and claimed it was closed because they are back east... fact is the fleet card company was open. They would not release the vehicle unless the repair was paid by Visa. As soon as Visa became an option they pushed the bill up to $1100. Not honest at all.
