Both Chris (sales) and Helen (finance) were personable and attentive which made the purchase of a 2024 MDX easy and timely since we returned to Kamloops the same day under inclement winter conditions. Their assistance was appreciated. Guri helped effectively with the insurance and Patrice (manager) added another professional contact to the dealership. Worth the drive.

Very poor customer service. Booked a test drive online and spoke to 2sales staff before the dealer visit. The sales manager flat out refused the test drive. You would think he was selling a Ferrari! BTW I am a medical professional with a Porsche in my stable.

They sold us a demo vehicle with 300kms on it at the full msrp price with no discount, also be aware of all the extra fees they charge for on the sales agreement and make sure you never get the extra wheels/tires warranty they try and push you to take.

We showed up with 45 min before closing thinking we may just look at vehicles and come back the next day to test drive. Spencer Larson meet us on the lot and was most accommodating. He took us for a test drive and stayed 1.5 hours past closing to answer our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend seeing Spencer if you're looking to purchase a vehicle from Harmony Acura/Honda.
