Brought my 2016 3500 in to get my fuel filters changed - arcandmike1

Brought my 2016 3500 in to get my fuel filters changed took them 1 and a half hours??? Didn't put the seal on the fuel filter canister drove to GP lost a quarter tank of fuel. Cost me another $200 to buy tools and a seal plus my time. There not willing to admit to it or compensate me xxx. Never go back again.

AVOID this sham "body shop" ... got 4 reviews around town 'n had to call backk 2x's in 2wks for their appraisal. The head of the repairs, Argen, hastily gave a wildly overpriced estimate twice as much as 3 others, on the phone! He had the xxxxx to claim, "it's cus they do things right"! Guess Herbers 'n other well respected body shop professionals are loosers?!! Truth is FF is incompetent & this is the 2nd occasion I've had to call and get them to provide their estimate wks beyond the booked appointment for an estimate. And, both times no body shop person actually viewed the damage, the receptionist took cell photos! Ford should be ashamed this is their only name-brand body repair shop in Edmonton. This got one star only because a no-star "fail" wasn't an available option.

Don't look for another shop-this is the one if you want a great experience! Call them, you won't be disappointed! They do top notch work from estimating to repair -this team knows the industry and the level of expectation for their work. You won't find better satisfaction around town.

Utterly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and ethics at this location. The General manager needs retraining on customer service and if you like your vehicle please do not take it to this dealership you will be disappointed !

He is a dishonest man. Misrepresents vehicles and sells lemons that dont pass inspection. He applied for a loan in my name without my consent. This is a complaint about this individual, not the company.
