Bought a new Taos '23. After the 3rd service (46000km) , I was told my rear brakes are toast and I would need my pads and rotors switched to new ones. The quote was 829 bucks. I have driven / bought many cars / many new cars throughout my life. This is/was the very first time breakpads are finished (conveniently) after the EXTENDED warranty coverage of 40.000 km. Most disappointing. Be aware, and ask for better breakpads (rear, for the front was fine) before you buy a new VW from Mexico.

AVOID this sham "body shop" ... got 4 reviews around town 'n had to call backk 2x's in 2wks for their appraisal. The head of the repairs, Argen, hastily gave a wildly overpriced estimate twice as much as 3 others, on the phone! He had the xxxxx to claim, "it's cus they do things right"! Guess Herbers 'n other well respected body shop professionals are loosers?!! Truth is FF is incompetent & this is the 2nd occasion I've had to call and get them to provide their estimate wks beyond the booked appointment for an estimate. And, both times no body shop person actually viewed the damage, the receptionist took cell photos! Ford should be ashamed this is their only name-brand body repair shop in Edmonton. This got one star only because a no-star "fail" wasn't an available option.

Don't look for another shop-this is the one if you want a great experience! Call them, you won't be disappointed! They do top notch work from estimating to repair -this team knows the industry and the level of expectation for their work. You won't find better satisfaction around town.

I have been with a Gary Moe dealership ever since it was Gary Moe Saturn. I have bought all my new vehicles there, and had all my vehicles serviced there. An emergency took me to their doorstep and they provided service that was "above-and-beyond" their mandate. Their staff was EXCELLENT, their service EXCELLENT, and the time frame put my back on the road the same day. I cannot say enough to praise them. It's been 25 years of a long-lasting relationship that I will not change. THANK YOU TO THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE AT GARY MOE HYUNDIA.

Took my car in for alignment at Gary Moe Mazda, as it was pulling to the right. Was told my rear differential was shot. The serviceman was adamant that this was a major concern that needed to be addressed quickly. Even wanted us to pay for the parts right then so they could be ordered and they were not refundable. He even suggested we could have an issue and not make it home. It was going to be over $6 thousand to replace/repair. Took my car to my son. He is a journeyman mechanic. He checked the oil in the rear differential, something Gary Moe did not show us. He said it was clean, that there were no fillings in it and there was no burning smell, and it was not dark in colour. He took it for a drive. There was no noise. Son checked the wheel barrings too and they are good. The only issue is that the car STILL pulls to the right after leaving service at Gary Moe. After son’s inspection it was found that there is a tire issue which mechanics at Gary Moe did not find. Cost of repair is less than $6000. I find it reprehensible to push a repair that isn’t needed and would not even fix the problem it was having. It’s dishonest. It is at the very least incompetence. I WILL NOT be back to Gary Moe and will not recommend it to anyone else.

The service department has been very disappointing. I purchased a brand new 2016 Audi TT from Glenmore Audi and my extended warranty expired in October 2023. Since then I have spent about $5,000 on repairs on the same problem. In December 2023 they replaced the fuel pump and charged me about $3,700. Two weeks later exactly the same problem happened. They again replaced the fuel pump and charged me about $1,200. When I suggested it was exactly the same problem, with exactly the same indications I got a song and dance about how it was reasonable that they had to fix the exact same problem twice within a month, that I should pay in full for both services, and that I had to get my car towed twice within one month with all of the other attendant costs and time away from work. Then, to add insult to injury, they told me that I could trade in the vehicle that I had paid about $80,000 for 7 years ago for $15,000. I would not recommend buying an Audi and I would try to get a second opinion with respect to any repairs that need to be done.

My 2007 Honda Element developed random misfires on - KingFisher

My 2007 Honda Element developed random misfires on multiple cylinders. I replaced the spark plugs and coil packs to no avail. Decided to take to GP Honda as I wanted someone who would have experience on working on my motor and was willing to pay premium price for their expertise. They diagnosed the problem as being a stretched timing chain that was throwing my timing out and so it would need to be replaced. After waiting a month and a half for parts(Supply Chain Issues) I received a text on Thursday Feb.16, 2023 that parts had arrived and they would be starting on it tomorrow. No call on Friday, Saturday, (Monday was Holiday), Tuesday or Wednesday. On Thursday Feb 23, 2023 I received a message that they are still waiting on parts. I missed their call on Friday and so on Saturday I called in to be told that my car is now back together but that I now have a bent valve. I met with B.B. the Service Manager on Monday to discuss. I asked if they had put a bore scope down the cylinder. They had not. When I asked why not he had no answer. I asked to see my old parts and was told they had been thrown out. Agreed to remove head to confirm valve problem. Then I suggested that first I wanted a bore scope to go down first to see if anything was visible. Low and behold cylinder 4' s exhaust valve has a large chip missing. As my Honda Element is an interference fit engine, the first thing they should have checked was that the valves where okay due to the trimming being off. The simple bore scope test would have done that. As a customer satisfaction discount of 15% it dropped my bill to $1900.00 for new timing chain and associated parts on an engine that is now headed to the scrape pile. Open opening my hood I noticed that none of the parts they had worked on had been cleaned either. That is what professional shops do. So disappointed and when I voiced my displease I was told that if I was given any more discount that they would be losing money. I asked about the $1900 that I was losing and got a shrug of the shoulders. So unprofessional. I will never return.

He is a dishonest man. Misrepresents vehicles and sells lemons that dont pass inspection. He applied for a loan in my name without my consent. This is a complaint about this individual, not the company.

I had a shifting problem on my 2022 Silverado. They took the unit in right away and had it repaired. The guys in the service department are very helpful,professional and pleasant. The updates from them throughout the day was excellent. When I went to pick the truck up it was all washed. I am very impressed with this dealership and their staff

Outstanding service - Richard @ JoMax Drilling

This day and age good service seems to be getting harder and harder to find. My driver with a loaded 30’ trailer was heading through Hinton and had problems in his truck, this service staff went above and beyond even though they were booked solid to get him back on the road. I am fairly certain that nine out of 10 places would have told him to wait until the morning or something else. The problem and it up being simple and even warranty but regardless it was dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally.

Outstanding service once again. Started going here 11 years ago always great. Things need to be fixed on vehicles, definitely first choice in Barrhead area. No BS.
