Disappointing experience overall. Customer service felt inconsistent and disorganized from start to finish. Communication was poor, follow-ups were lacking, and issues were not addressed in a timely or satisfactory manner. For a luxury brand, the level of service did not meet expectations. There was a noticeable gap between what was promised and what was delivered, which resulted in unnecessary frustration. Based on this experience, it would be difficult to recommend this dealership without significant improvements in service standards and accountability.
