The deal itself, went super smooth and was happy with the process. Upon delivery my truck showed up completely covered in swirl marks, scratches and blue chaulk marks. Drivers side mirror damaged, assuming clipped in a drive thru on the way. Found food all under my seats drink marks in the cup holders. I have tried to reason with and sort this out behind closed doors and are not being accommodating what so ever, offering 20% of the cost to have the damages repaired. When spending over $100,000 on a truck I would hope to be receiving a clean and brand new looking truck not one covered in scratches. On the sales side of it was easy, but after taking my money absolutely horrible to deal with. Can barely get a hold of anyone goes days and weeks before phone calls are returned etc. Completely unimpressed with the after service of this dealer ship. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dealership has gone down hill. I was forced to pay full price for both attempts at fixing my Ram 2500 Diesel truck and found my truck had been driven extremely hard while in their care. Fuel consumption jumped by more than 2 l/100 and my items in the truck were in a haphazard state. I've purchased many units in the past from the dealership but rest assured it won't happen again. Stay clear of this place. I'd have given less than one star if I could. Kind of sad given the great place that it used to be.

I was looking to purchase a new car and unsure of what to buy. Have had good dealings with Derrick dodge and decided to head there. Ended up parking at one end of the building and noticed it was a whole new showroom for Fiat. Layout was clean and fresh full of the entire Fiat line up. I was approached by a gentleman named Jim who was excited about the cars and after a few minutes of asking what my needs were directed me to the 500x. Same as my past dealings with Derrick, pricing was great, the negotiation process easy. They really do care more about a happy customer and return business than the bottom line. I took delivery the next day of my new Fiat clean and waiting. I love my new Fiat, Thank you Derrick!
