The past months I had some changes in my life and needed to get a car. I managed to get my G2 and but I needed to find a way to get reliable and efficient car .I had a limited time and knew I had a weak credit ,I am mid 20's,female ,immigrant ,first time car owner. I kept getting doors closing at me day after day I was getting more frustrated and hopeless . Till I found an advertising to call Jess I told him my history and I was truly struggling with many dealerships who were not interested on helping me .I must say that JESS an amazing sales man ,right from the second I called him he was willing to help me , he listened to my concerns and needs, he worked very hard, to find the right solution for me and when I was almost losing hope Jess made miracles happen. On the 20th of Aug they send a car to pick me up at home and soon enough I drove out Yorkdake Ford dealership with a gorgeous 2015 Nissan Versa Note and with many tears rolling down my face. It was a dream come true. I would recommend Jess and Yorkdale Ford to any friend of mine , they not just advertise that they can help you ,they actually move mountains to help you ,they are honest ,they care to find a solution that truly fits your needs, its not all about the money and this is what a fantastic customer service is.Thanks so much Jess and thanks Azad and all the people that worked with Jess to make my dream come true.
