I cannot say enough good things about the way Ali handles anything I send his way. I have never experienced the level of service he provides in any other area or company I’ve been in. Whatever the request, He somehow finds a way to make my live easier, while still adhering to policy and making sure things are done right. Anytime I have a new thing in mind, he makes sure everything is perfect BEFORE I even talk to him about it. If I need to get a complicated thing, he provides coaching on the right way to do it. He listens patiently and then provides a logical and professional explanation of what may have happened, followed by suggestions for correcting the issue. This sentiment is shared by my friends, family and I and we joke all the time about wanting to clone him at all the stores or dealers we go to. thank you Ali and Yorkdale Ford Team for making our car buying experience a great one.
