My Car...My options...the right price I visited Gary a few times, casual at first while having my current Edge serviced and then again to discuss buying a new Lincoln. Then to discuss other new cars, but I was not sure as my current Edge is just wonderful. Gary was always personable, and a great conversationalist. Helpful with discussing cars, options, choices and possibilities. You walk away from this guy the first time you meet him and ... it feels like he's your friend. That creates trust. That leads to coming back when I wanted a new vehicle. (I did visit other brands for test drives but couldn't jump ship). So...a series of events happened and I decided to go see him and buy a new Edge Titanium but he wasn't in the office - day off. I dealt briefly with Max who helped me until Gary came in on his day off once I called him on his cell (truly an 'available' person). Anyway, the exact car I thought about buying that day had somehow shown up on a dealer to dealer new car trade. Gary arrives, brief discussion, deposit given, deal done, great experience. Then I met with Lisa who was wonderful at explaining the offers, and the rest is (very recent) history. Car was ready in like 3 days! Gary had paper work totally ready when I arrived, then he went over all the options with a physical demo in the car. A gorgeous car and a happy customer. Thanks team. More

A very friendly environment. I came to ford York at first beacuase they're in my neighbourhood, but as soon as I met Gary Wener I was pleased to have come. Timing was perfect for me to get advantage of the ford employee price. Once after talking to Gary and deciding which vehicle to buy we headed to the ford lot because luckily they had just gotten the truck model I needed at their location. I had a minor electrical/software issue with the car and their service department was great to deal with. I especially liked their valet pick-up service. What a great idea! So, when my wife needed a new car, we went to see Gary and leased her a Lincoln MKC. Once a gain, Gary and Yorkdale were friendly and easy to deal with. Gary goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable in your new vehicle and understand how everything works. I will make sure to recommend Gary and Yorkdale Lincoln to anyone looking for a new car. More
