A very friendly environment. I came to ford York at first beacuase they're in my neighbourhood, but as soon as I met Gary Wener I was pleased to have come. I had a minor electrical/software issue with the car and their service department was great to deal with. I especially liked their valet pick-up service. What a great idea! So, when my wife needed a new car, we went to see Gary and leased her a Lincoln MKC. Once a gain, Gary and Yorkdale were friendly and easy to deal with. Gary goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable in your new vehicle and understand how everything works. Friendly, Efficient and Knowledgeable Service I took my 2005 Ford Explorer in for an oil change and tune up and to finally get my winter tires changed. Chelvin, from the service department noticed I took my 2005 Ford Explorer in for an oil change and tune up and to finally get my winter tires changed. Chelvin, from the service department noticed that a tune up was not needed and an unnecessary expense. The service department found a couple of safety issues with vehicle and after repairs my Explorer has never driven better. I highly recommend their service. More
