They were really patient with us (we waited a few weeks while they got new stuff in stock), didn't force/push us in any direction, answered all our questions, gave us a really competitive price, were transparent with us about price and options, and ultimately aimed to please at every step of the way. We never had to wait around long for them to help us out. You can tell they were taking the long view - that it wasn't just selling a vehicle ASAP - they wanted us as long term Mazda customers, and for us to continue returning there for service. I returned the day after the purchase with a concern and Ali committed to addressing it right away. We were actually looking around at a number of dealerships, assuming Mazda dealerships are all above board, only to discover that is not the case. We actually nearly bought a car at 401/Dixie Mazda - until we pulled out due to really unsavory practices. (misled us about price, made us wait for hours, added extra fees, and they ultimately retracted an offer they had made to us, and refunded our deposit.) Quick and easy used car purchasee I had been looking for a CX-5 for awhile so I felt I had a good idea of values. I had contacted Yorkdale regarding a vehicle in their stock which wasn I had been looking for a CX-5 for awhile so I felt I had a good idea of values. The price he told me over the phone seemed really good so I said I would take it upon inspection. Like I said I felt the price was really good so I was skeptical that that would be the price when I got there. When I arrived Ali passed me on to Almit who was very straight forward and helpful. The price was as stated, no hidden fees, no pressure just a simple, straight forward process. I was very happy with the process and would recommend the dealership to friends. More

You always have to wait because overbooking! Every time I visit for a service I have to wait. My appointment is at 10:00 am and my car is still waiting in the parking a lot time is 11:00 am. I just need an oil change and takes max 30 min and they are telling me 2 hours. What is this? A joke? If my appointment at 10:00 am I expect you take my car in at 10:00 am. Why ever time I have to wait. What is the reason than I am making an appointment. It's not once and not twice. They even don't apologize for anything. The guy at the service desk so cold. Looks like he doesn't want to work there. Improve your service otherwise I am going somewhere else. More

Not Trustworthy Had my car towed to Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda. Patched the flat-85.00. Tire went flat again. Had to have it towed back (towing covered under warranty}. Stephen Smith quoted me $400 for a tire. I had to fight to get the cost of the patch reimbursed. Found out the tire can be had for between 300 and 350 from 10 other Mazda dealers. Got hosed. I get it-he's on commission. Make sure you get a quote first then call other Mazda dealerships for a price unless you enjoy throwing money away. Their attitude sucks and as a woman I felt very uncomfortable dealing with them. Never again. More
