Painless purchase I went to Wood Wheaton to get some repairs done on my 2007 Silverado. Unfortunately, the work needed was way beyond what made financial sense. The ser I went to Wood Wheaton to get some repairs done on my 2007 Silverado. Unfortunately, the work needed was way beyond what made financial sense. The service technician introduced me to Ron St. Clair, and I explained that I was looking to see what my options were for a new Canyon or Colorado. I had been looking at these trucks for a while, and was leaning towards the diesel version. Ron set me up with a diesel Canyon and a V6 Colorado. After he took me for a spin around the block to show me some of the features, he set me free for the afternoon. On my return, we discussed various options, pricing, etc. Ron spent the better part of the day with me, even though he was aware that I had not decided to purchase a vehicle yet. He was very easy to talk with, and was straight forward with any and all information regarding buying a new vehicle, add ons, trade in. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, I dealt with Mark Neudorf on the financing side of things. Again, everything was clearly explained with no hidden costs or up sell pressure. He explained all my options and discussed the pros and cons of everything offered. Through my experience, I felt that I was kept well informed of the process, and I felt no pressure to make a decision. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I would easily recommend dealing with Wood Wheaton, particularly Ron and Mark. More
