Roy Bourne researched and got back to me when he said he would with more information and options to make a sale. Roy called me direct, not sending me to websites or impersonal emails. Its because of this personal sales representative's commitment, I took the time to go back to Wills Chevrolet Buick GMC Dealership. That's why I own a Chevy now. Roy even waited after closing time to meet my schedule for the final signing and go over my truck with me. Wow! Dealership is a joke! I don't live close to Wills Chevrolet and was looking for a specific vehicle that Wills Chevrolet had on their lot. I have been a GM customer for many I don't live close to Wills Chevrolet and was looking for a specific vehicle that Wills Chevrolet had on their lot. I have been a GM customer for many years and have used the same dealership for over 20 years. My dealership offered to dealer trade for the vehicle I wanted for a level up of the same vehicle. Wills Chevrolet informed my dealership that the car was not available and sold. I sent an email to Wills Chevrolet telling them that I was interested in the vehicle and they told me it was available so I asked them if they would dealer trade. They told me that they wouldn't dealer trade the car for me but had no issues selling me the car directly. I thought we were all working toward the same goal of selling GM vehicles to support GM so we can keep people working and support their families. Wills Chevrolet seems to be out for themselves and not for the GM Customer unless the customer deals with the directly. Thanks Wills Chevrolet for looking out for yourselves! More
