Waste of our time We did not have a positive experience. We called ahead of time to let them know that we wanted to come see a certain vehicle. When we got there the next day , there was a huge confusion. Apparently they mixed the details of two different vehicles when they posted them. So what we thought we came to buy what not at all what it was posted as. We both took the day off to be able to get to the city. They did have the vehicle we were interested in but none of the details were right as they mixed it up with another one. When they showed us it, it had cinnamon buns in the back seat. Also when we asked for more info on the vehicle they couldn't provide the out of province inspection or their personal inspection as the person that had them was apparently not open that day. Even with notice they were extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I will not go back or recommend them. More

Over the 10 years, this dealership provides consistent excellent services. Making appointments with them is always easy. They have excellent vehicle drop-off and shuttle service. The waiting area is nice, with great fresh brew on demand coffee and donuts and free WiFi, making it a pleasant stay if you have to wait for your oil change. They give you good advices, never over-selling services you don't need. A few years back, my older Civic had a dangerous engine malfunction while driving. I had it towed to the dealership overnight. I called them first thing in the morning letting them know that it was dropped off. Within an hour they called me back and let me know that the malfunction was due to a defective part that was known to Honda and Honda had just issued a recall days before my engine malfunction. They made it a priority to fix it. Within two days, I got the engine rebuilt and every damage in the engine compartment fixed. That's how you know you get great reliable service from a dealership. More

Didnt fix anything! Sat there all day! Today I had taken a day off work and brought my vehicle in to replace the lower engine cover assembly again. They had called me (Dec 7) saying my car was ready. I had patently waited all day for my vehicle to be serviced and had made my own ride arrangements for the day to get home because I live in the area. I went in with my friend after he was done work to get my vehicle. He had paid for the parts and services. When we got out we went to double check it and took a look underneath, nothing had changed! We came in the next day "Today" because we picked the car up right before it had closed and couldnt talk to a manager as they had left for the day. Today (Dec 8th) we came in to complain. They brought my car into quick lube and stood there looking at the hole in the bottom of my vehicle. Aaron Fung who had taken my keys originally informed me that they mostly likely switched keys and put it onto someone elses vehicle. So my car sat there for an entire day and someone else had gotten my parts for free and most likely didnt get their own issues fixed and paid for wrong service. I dont understand how you mixed up the keys but still managed to give me the proper paper work and return my keys. This was my first time visiting here for service, oh no wait sorry 3rd time because everytime I came in I need to book another appointment for the same problem and they keep pushing it back. I was told it would only takes a few hours. My friend reccomended that I shouldnt drive around to much as it could cause more damage from ice weighing down the undercover assembly and getting caught underneath my vehicle again. I would not want to pay for more parts, waste any more time! Instead of getting it fixed in 1 day I now have to wait even longer because they have to order the parts once again. They recommended me to come back on tuesday to get the car fixed, hopefully. But that would mean taking time off work again or waiting for my next available date. I need to be able to drive my vehicle without worry. More

Mark Tucker was our salesman and he was so helpful and I felt very comfortable purchasing new CR-V from him. The whole experience was great, without some of the stress that comes with car buying and negotiating a price. Even though Wheaton Honda isn't the closest dealership to my house I will absolutely drive the extra distance for servicing and hope to purchase all my vehicles here. More

First time car buyer After deciding to buy new for the first time, I did alot of research and was happy to look for a Honda CRV. After requesting information on one from Wheaton Honda's website I received an email within a couple of hours (at 9:30pm!) from Mark. I met with him the next morning, even though he had just arrived into work he was courteous in getting us into the CRV right away. Test drive was fine, we pleasantly chit chatted and I had no qualms about purchasing the vehicle. It was simple and straight forward. The financing department was personable and accomodating as well as the service department who made sure we understood all the features. I have already recommended the dealership to people and am happy with our purchase! More

Often I’ve had to stop at the dealership during my lunch break. Even the though the staff are having lunch to they’ve made time for me and I never felt like I was an inconvenience for them. I’ve bought two Hondas from this dealer and I’d happily come back. More
