Alvin was great to deal with, and they held the vehicle for us until we could sort out our trade in and make the trip to pick it up. Only reason not 5 stars is because after we left Red Deer with the subu for us until we could sort out our trade in and make the trip to pick it up. Only reason not 5 stars is because after we left Red Deer with the suburban we saw that it didn’t have any washer fluid, only 20% oil life left, and DEF fluid was almost out.
