Traveling when my transmission failed and had to be towed into Werner Hyundai. This was my only experience with with the dealership/service department and it has been a nightmare. As mentioned in other revie into Werner Hyundai. This was my only experience with with the dealership/service department and it has been a nightmare. As mentioned in other reviews, the service department failed to return calls, provide updates, or complete the required warranty work needed. Werner had my car for over two weeks and I was only able to speak with someone one time. After this, the dealership refused to take my call or return my calls as requested. In addition, the dealership lost the key to my car. Due to the dealership's lack of communication and completion of warranty repairs, I towed my car to another Hyundai dealership for repairs. (Who repaired my car in 4 business days AND provided me with a loaner car!) The service department is very unprofessional and does not care about their customers. More

After purchasing a new 2023 Santa Fe in November 2023 I had great difficulty in obtaining the set of All Season Floor Liners that were an Added Feature of the car but were not delivered with the car. Over had great difficulty in obtaining the set of All Season Floor Liners that were an Added Feature of the car but were not delivered with the car. Over a ten week period I left more than a dozen messages about the missing floor liners by phone and email without receiving a single reply from anyone at the dealership. Only when I drove the 100 plus miles from my home to the dealership was I able to secure the floor liners but even then the two individuals who failed to reply to my phone messages and emails declined to meet with me. The missing floor liners were a simple problem that could/ should have been easily corrected by one phone call followed by the liners then shipped to my house. However, the failure of the dealership to communicate with me about this simple problem has soured my experience with Werner. I have no confidence about how the Warner folks will solve or attempt to solve a more complicated problem such as a warranty or service issue. After I purchased my new car, Werner’s customer service was simply missing in action. I do not recommend this dealership. More
