My car had another power steering recall campaign and also required extensive work...all of which was completed within 24 hours of drop-off. Chris worked diligently on my car until all the work was perfect and Nick saw to it that when he handed me my keys I would be COMPLETELY SATISFIED. I use my car for long distance (2000kms×2) mountain driving and feel very confident driving as I know my vehicle is up for the trips I make 3 to 6 times per year. I was very pleased with my new shuttle driver - Glen who is very accommodating. Rose is very friendly and courteous and took care of my coffee. Both Robert and Wayne in the Parts Dept are always pleasant. Of course, Kirk is the Prince. The Sales Dept have very nice people including Nelson< Kelly, Damien, and Dylan. Farzana (not sure of the spelling) is always friendly on the phone and in person. Of course, Rino is the King. I will continue to come to this dealership to get this type of service. More
