I was at another mechanic who called Kia for the part that I needed. Kia stated it was nationally back ordered. I went to the Kia dealership in person and asked what could be done to fix my 2013 Kia S that I needed. Kia stated it was nationally back ordered. I went to the Kia dealership in person and asked what could be done to fix my 2013 Kia Sorrento. They told me that the part was "dealer only" and that no Kia location had one in Canada. Would be more than a month to get a part. Shrugs all around the parts department, so sorry. Go ask else where. Yes I started swearing at them, and I was asked "why are you swearing? at us?" Maybe I'm swearing because I'm 1800km from home, driving a KIA vehicle, at a KIA dealership and they are "meh... nothing we can do. Good luck." I ended up calling Kia LANGLEY, and they were able to find and direct me to a wreckers that was 30km away to get a used part to get me under way. Kia Vernon didn't do a xxxx thing to help in any way. Yes, THAT'S why I was swearing at them. I would not recommend this dealership for parts, for service or for anything. Useless in every possible manner with no empathy or ability to help a Kia customer that's stranded with their xxx vehicles. More

My wife agreed to sell her used car to this dealer. When we got there, the assistant manager, Reza offered her $1200 less than what had been agreed upon in writing. I have bought and sold many vehicles and Vernon Kia ranks at the top. Nice to deal locally in Vernon as well. Having done my research online and searched throughout BC, I test drove my potential vehicle twice and they earned my business the old fashioned way. Not high pressure or "pay our price or take the highway." In the past I have generally purchased vehicles in Kelowna because they have good selection and sell on volume, which usually means lower prices than in Vernon. They had the car that I wanted at a good price and really provided top service to make it happen and to make sure that I was satisfied with the deal. Thank you to Dylan & Eduardo. True professionals and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend checking out their used stock or new, if in the market. More
