Lost $22,000 due to misleading information. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. Because of the dishonest and unreliable information we were given, my family ended I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. Because of the dishonest and unreliable information we were given, my family ended up losing $22,000. We trusted what we were told by their staff only to find out afterward that the information was inaccurate, misleading, and not in our best interest. We were assured that everything was straightforward and legitimate, but once the paperwork was done, the dealership completely changed their tone and refuse to stand behind what they originally told us. They would not take responsibility, would not make it right, and left us to deal with the financial consequences of their actions. This has been an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle here proceed with extreme caution, ask for everything in writing, and double check every claim they make. In my opinion, this dealership prioritize making a sale over honesty or customer care. I will never do business here again, and I hope others can avoid going through what we did. More

I purchased a truck and it has spent as much time in their shop as it has at my house. After 4wks owning the truck they had it for 5 straight wks working on it. Truck is under full warranty and they were acting like they were doing me a favour by doing the repairs. Had the truck back 12 days and the check engine light came on. This has been the worst consumer and customer service experience of my lifetime. They sold me a complete lemon. 2022 Ram 1500 with 79xxx kms on it give your business to another dealership, I have already told 3 people that all purchased brand new vehicles within the past month to avoid them and will continue to do so.
