My recall on my truck was done in a timely manner. I wasn’t expecting it to be less than an hour. Took a long road trip with my son, who drove. He said he thought I should get my tires and brake’s checked. We’re spongy acting. I work 4-5 days a week and drive an hour to and from work currently. I called Toyota right before closing on a Tuesday and they got me in right away with technician named Blake then next morning. Blake was young but courteous and kept me informed of all expenses. I didn’t get the name of the young man who did all the work but he sent me a great video. Got rides to and from home with very kind driver Keith. Very thankful for super service received! More
