He told us that the car has Blind Spot Monitoring in the side view mirrors. It does not! He told us we can set up HondaLink for locking/unlocking and remote start via the app. Does not work and even he himself could not set it up. First gave us the excuse that you have to pay for it. When we showed him that the brochure he himself gave us shows that the trial for 90days is free said that the HondaLink website is down for the last month. Anyways, these features were not make or break for us. We payed for door visors to be installed. First of all it took 2 weeks for them to arrive. Our appointment time for installation was 11.30am, at 2.30pm they brought the car back with the visor not properly installed AND SCRATCHES ALL OVER THE BRAND NEW CAR!!! When we protested they told us that for a black car this is normal! They (manager Solomon) tried to polish them away numerous times but it made them even worse. After 4-5 hours ordeal for a simple installation, I needed to pick up my kids from school and gave up! Will not be returning to them, and advise you to avoid them as well for all your needs. More
I had my crosstour (4 cylinder) in for an oil change and when I looked at the dip stick after servicing it was way overfilled! And when I looked at the bill, it indicated 5L was added. The owner’s manual when I looked at the dip stick after servicing it was way overfilled! And when I looked at the bill, it indicated 5L was added. The owner’s manual indicates a 4 cylinder crosstour needs 4L. This led me to look at invoices of my prior car, a CRV that I had regularly serviced by them which ended up with a broken piston ($3K+ repair) after only 80K KM. All my old invoices indicated 5L of oil were added. The manual indicates it needs 4.2L. Since the car was first serviced by Ready Honda I looked at that old invoice and they put in 4L. I wonder why my CRV was consistently overfilled by Toronto Honda and if this led to my broken piston and costly repair. More
My family just purchased a Used Honda Civic. Lanka Kulaweera was a very nice person. He was honest, energetic and enthusiastic. I had an excellent experience with Toronto Honda. I leased a new Honda CRV Sport. The sales staff Leo Zhang & David Yuan were fantastic. I didn't feel the need to shop around .why ? Because they treat leased a new Honda CRV Sport. The sales staff Leo Zhang & David Yuan were fantastic. I didn't feel the need to shop around .why ? Because they treat you like family! It’s been a couple of weeks , still not returned. Now they are not responding to text messages or voice mails. I would advice against dealing with dishonest dealers like them More
