The vehicle was not properly inspected. The entire frame was rusted and when we asked about it, we were told that no one at the dealership was aware of it. If the oil had been changed and t The entire frame was rusted and when we asked about it, we were told that no one at the dealership was aware of it. If the oil had been changed and the truck inspected like we were told, someone would have noticed the terrible damage to the frame. The dealership then told us to come back and they would buy the truck back from us, and when we got there, we were told that they wouldn’t be able to buy it but only trade it for a more expensive truck. When we told them we wanted the same payments for the other truck, we were told we were unreasonable. When we asked why they told us to come back to the dealership for them to buy it back and then changed their minds, we were told that they really just wanted to get us there to see if we’d trade. They never had intentions of buying it back. So then we had not only bought a lemon, but we’d missed multiple days of work while going back and forth with the dealership. It was a complete nightmare and I wouldn’t recommend anyone use them! They did eventually pay to have the frame repaired, but not before causing a lot of stress and anxiety for us. More
