I had my 2013 Ford Escape serviced by their Quick Lane and received a quote for the work and made an appointment. On my first visit, an on screen problem with the vehicle in the car did not give a servic and received a quote for the work and made an appointment. On my first visit, an on screen problem with the vehicle in the car did not give a service code at a service visit, so they asked me to wait (rather than commencing on some unnecessary repairs) for the problem to show up again - which it did. The repairs cost exactly matched the original estimate, so I was delighted that there were no surprises. Their work is honest and thorough, so I would recommend them to anyone with a Ford. More
