Before ordering a vehicle I reached out to several GTA dealers via email with a description of the vehicle I was looking for and an offer to purchase. William Chu acknowledged my email the same evening and confirmed availability of the car I was looking for the next morning. A few emails and a phone call later we had agreed on a price, arranged financing and delivery of the car. He welcomed me to the dealership a couple evenings later, showed me my Forester, took me out for a drive and introduced me to Neal Huo who finalized the paperwork and walked me through the features of the car.
