Was very helpful during the process of purchasing the car, any questions or concerns of mine he dealt with immediately. I highly recommend him to any new buyers out there. When I bought my car I got the rear windows tinted and the 3M paint protection film put on. Subaru has their own Detailing shop just across the street that does a fantastic job, recommend any detailing work to be done there. Romano Magliocco and Trent LeBlanc have been great in the service department. Just recently have had my first service done and it was quick and painless. Also ordered a set of new winter rims and tires off these guys for the fun Southern Alberta winters. More

When I got down to Lethbridge everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly and Peter was very thorough walking me through all of the features of the Outback I bought. 2010 Dodge Jouney I recently purchased a Dodge Journey from Subaru of Lethbridge, and so far I could not be happier with my purchase. I decided a while back that a Jour I recently purchased a Dodge Journey from Subaru of Lethbridge, and so far I could not be happier with my purchase. I decided a while back that a Journey was what I wanted and so the search for the "right one" began. A girlfriend of mine had recently purchased a vehicle from Subaru of Lethbridge and said that I absolutely needed to check them out. After browsing their website I saw that they in fact had a Journey on their lot. It was as simple as a few clicks of the mouse to request a Test Drive and the next morning I got an email back to set up a time. After meeting with Jon and taking the vehicle for a test drive, I was certain that this was the vehicle I wanted to purchase and these were the guys I wanted to purchase it from, everyone was so friendly and easy going, not once did I feel "pressured" or at all put on the spot. A couple of days later I took my husband back to check it out and he also was very happy with the entire Subaru of Lethbridge team and experience. It was a matter of days from the initial email to set up the test drive and the time I drove off the lot in my Journey and everything about that time was made so much easier and more enjoyable by the team at Subaru of Lethbridge. Jon made it easy to discuss and negotiate my Outback lease by email and phone since I was in Edmonton. To top it off, he delivered the vehicle personally and made sure I was comfortable with all the car's features before heading back to Lethbridge. I shopped around a LOT before deciding to purchase a car from Jon. I pretty much emailed or phoned every dealership in Alberta and BC. Jon was very quick to respond and he was very honest and upfront during the whole sales process. On the day I actually arrived at the dealership, Jon was extremely accommodating (I showed up a bit later than anticipated [sorry Jon]) but it didn't even phase him. No one was pushy or aggressive and I felt at ease the whole time. Jared went through the financing with me and was pleasant and helpful. After getting the licensing taken care of, Jon took the time to explain all of the features of the car which was extremely helpful, and he even drove it out of the showroom for me since I was afraid I would crash into something.
