They truly seemed more interested in working with my husband and I than simply making a sale. There were no sales gimmicks that I have encountered in the past at other places. Zeynep was knowledgeable in the car we were interested in. Guillermo checked in with us a few times throughout the process. Both were happy and able to answer any questions we had. During the process, we also worked with an associate named Sean. He handled all the paperwork and the purchase itself. During the process, we chatted with him and found that he has a long history in the business and has experience in various departments. He actually shared a lot of very interesting insights into car maintenance and manufacturing. So overall, it was a great experience!
