Shermeta and the whole team at xx Cloud Toyota were excellent, they got me in, rented a vehicle to me got me back on the road and fixed my vehicle very quickly. Pretty good considering I was broke down on the interstate on a Monday afternoon. I picked my vehicle up 3 days later. Kudos to the whole team but particularly to the Service and Parts departments.... as well as whoever it was in management that followed up on insurance. Pretty seamless for me. I appreciate it. More
