This is my first time to buy a new car and this is also my first time to buy from this dealership. I recently had a bad experience with the financing staff. I personally felt targeted with the way they are my first time to buy from this dealership. I recently had a bad experience with the financing staff. I personally felt targeted with the way they are treating me since I am a new buyer. They take advantage of their costumers. One of the financing staff is named Hanif. He was my finance agent. He does not explain the items he charges me well, but still finds a way to charge me every possible thing there is with no explanation. The financing department is hard to contact whenever I have a problem. This issue is highly concerning. Please contact me for more information that I can share. This dealership is NOT recommendable and I will not be coming back here again. More
