Jack was great and made the whole purchasing experience of our 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid NHL Edition smooth and easy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took us on a great test drive. He worked with us on the pricing and made sure the deal worked for us. The financing options presented to us were clear and concise and we made the purchase feeling excited for our new vehicle. That has since changed post-purchase of our vehicle. We were promised certain accessories that pertained to the trim level we bought. We signed the paperwork saying that these would be sent at a later date. It has now been well over a month since we purchased the vehicle and we still have not received a clear answer on why we haven't received the parts promised. We have been told that other customers who purchased their vehicles around the same time have gotten theirs. I have messaged Jack multiple times, and to his credit, he has, from what I can tell, done his best to try and get an answer for me, even reaching out to his GM for help. They told us that Hyundai Canada has decided to ship out those pieces directly to us and we should reach out to them. I asked Jack how I should get a hold of Hyundai directly and both him and the GM could only come up with the answer of trying to reach Hyundai Canada through their social media accounts. I requested a number to call and I was not given one. I had to reach out to Hyundai Canada directly to get an actual phone number to call about this situation. Why Jack and his GM weren't able to give me that phone number, is beyond me. The dealership was great from the moment we walked onto the lot, until the moment we drove our car off of it. Since then, it has been very frustrating working with them to sort out this issue, especially since I have to be the one to reach out to them to find information about my issue, opposed to them keeping me up to date on what is going on. I had a worst experience with this dealership. I was back at showroom in 2 days at 1 PM in 35°C with my family with Cash to purchase the Car and sales person and the manager told that it would not be possible with the agreed number. Apon asking what happened I was told Manager is not in good "MOOD" to agree on that number. Sales guy didn't have the decency to inform me on call to let me know they are not ready with the previous confirm number. Worst customer service by this dealership. Do not waste time, if don't agree just say no, It will save both of our time. Do not call at dealership and and make fool of customer. More

Sales Individual Arthur is good. He was very friendly and communicative thru out the process.. Sales manager - I only know his name never once stop by or I don't know who he was. I purchased a few cars and sales managers always stop by to introduce themselves. Finance dept is very horrible and hostile. He was very sneaky. After looking at the car and selecting the model and trim level which was on a saturday. I requested the finance dept to wait untill wednesday to run the loan application since Bank of Canada was reviewing and announcing the interest rates. The finance took all the info on saturday and promised me that they will wait until Wednesday but they sent the loan request on Monday to the bank. When I called and asked why did you send my loan application on Monday when I asked you to wait. They were making excuses and finally apologized. The finance dept came back with ridiculous interest rates for someone who has above average credit. When I said wasn't going to buy at that rate they agreed to honor Hyundai Canada's interest rates. When i went in to finalise the paperwork they cornered me to buy add ons that I didn't not want at all. I wasn't looking forward to spending approx 6k. Finance dept said you have to get these add ons to get this interest rate. Meanwhile Hyundai Canada was already offering the exact same rate. When I asked about in house financing, I told that's for folks who have horrible credit score and the rates are too high. At the end of it, I find out my loan was thru Hyundai Auto Motors. Finance dept didn't fully explain the contract that I was signing. When i asked what am i signing here I quote they said " I will give a copy and you can read at home but sign now for now". They offered me a decent trade in value. More
