This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The Service Department is understaffed, phone calls are not returned and if they are it is days later. The service department waiting area is dirty and needs a good cleaning, inadequate seating. No one can do an oil change, tire rotation and 27-point inspection in 15 minutes. Not effectively anyway. They do not reset the oil or air filter life gauges, and tell me I can do that myself, which I know how to do, but that is their job not mine. Greasy fingerprints on the headliner when my vehicle is returned to me. Then being told as I am not primary on the account for my vehicle, that as a security issue, they had to obtain my husband's permission to talk to me about my vehicle, which he does not drive, or schedule appointments for. Ridiculous. This dealership has been a thorn in my side since Perry Buick, who had THE BEST service department in the area, and after several years of poor service, I took my Acadia Denali to another dealership that has taken my concerns for my vehicle very seriously. They were able to figure out why the infotainment center in my vehicle kept resetting itself to Arabic, even when the preferred language in the vehicle was English. And I do not need my husband's permission to set up a service appointment. What a ridiculous rule. More

The service that I have been receiving a few months before my engine failed has been horrible. There's a new service team and the communication is still off. My previous service I needed an oil change and brake. I was told I need an appointment for brakes. Okay no problem. I get there today. Now I'm being told i need a diagnostic on my brakes. Why wasn't I told this at the last appointment. Then to sum it up...they may or may not have the brakes in. I purchased my car there, and I would like to continue getting it serviced at this location. The communication between service and the customer needs to improve. They wasted my time today. More

I went at 9:30am for Express Service on my 2024 K5 and was told that service had been returned to appointment only. Thanks to Bobby(the car hop) I explained I lived 40miles away he intervened and spoke to was told that service had been returned to appointment only. There are recalls on vehicle. ..why not address when bringing vehicle in at time of service? Saves time for customers especially driving longer distances.
