They cracked my windshield. . again.. They say it has a rock chip so the hot outside and cold wash breaks it.... they said they will help with a replacement but have not given m . again.. Absolute horrific communication. You'll get 3 different versions of reasons and answers for the same item that you need addressed. They are more intent on covering their own behind t You'll get 3 different versions of reasons and answers for the same item that you need addressed. They are more intent on covering their own behind than they are about doing the job your vehicle was brought in for. The worst part of it is the time that gets wasted on them doubling down on their errors. There's no such thing as humility in this service bay. More
