I was disappointed in the customer service. I never received an update on my vehicle. I left it at 9:30am and didn’t hear from anyone the entire day. I had to contact the service center and ask about the service being completed. Then they suggested not to get new breaks because they would last a little longer. I felt as though they put my car last and didn’t have the time to change the breaks. I didn’t receive a date that should come back in and get my front breaks changed. More

Staff was newer but very knowledgeable about the vehicles I didn't mind the time they took to make sure of things being the salesman and the financial guy were both new to their positions. Very courteous and friendly facility I walked in to try and see if could fit into a 2024 Sportage. (I am 6'3") I was fortunate to get a young lady as a salesperson her name was Jillian and she was relativ and see if could fit into a 2024 Sportage. Every single employee that I encountered at South Hills Kia was extremely nice! Not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase and the sales associate went out of his way to find a Sportage on the lot th Kia was extremely nice!
