Nicole Nelson is rude. I was the third car to pull in for service first thing in the morning and she proceeded to help the fourth person after me. After I told her I was there first she apologized then had me wait another 5 minutes even though she was ready to help the person after me. Then when going over my service she was very cold and barely gave me any details about what my service entailed and didn’t ask me what questions I had. More
