Very poor diagnostic quality. Recommend new started as vehicle had starting issue. Even though new starter was installed said because it was not oem that was one of the causes. Apon Inspection of new starter that was replaced there was zero paint or anything off starter gear which means that starter has never engaged. While looking at the starter they took out there is ark marks on the starter that was taken out which in turn now I can’t return. When vehicle was said “ready” was asked to bring a booster pack because battery was dead which was never the cause when it showed up the dealership. Vehicle didn’t also start when they put a boost pack on it. They finally got it running somehow and will never be returning to the dealership ever again. More

Hyundai Canada told me to work with them and vice versa. When I bought the vehicle there was a promo for free winter tires. I was advised I didn’t qualify as “ there is no money@ in the deal. Seriously doubt it. They would never agree to a deal if they weren’t making some coin. Which they did. They sold a 2016 Santa Fe I later found out for 2.5 times what it was worth. The xxxxxxx sales guy. Never even offered me an extended warranty. Probably because he was selling a lemon. I have many avenues to voice my opinion. I sing in a band and will be putting g the faces of these low life’s on out gram account, snap chat. Etc. I have never heard from these guys at all. The engine is failing and is a safety hazard but nothing. They just took they. Commission and left. They never even showed me around the car. Horrible. Just horrible. If I don’t hear from them. I’ll be parking the vehicles at there dealership and cause a scene. I can’t wait. !!!! More
