I was disappointment in my service appointment last week. The oil change was completed as requested, but upon doing an all point inspection, they noted that my passenger headlight and fog light we not workin The oil change was completed as requested, but upon doing an all point inspection, they noted that my passenger headlight and fog light we not working. They recommended changing the bulbs for $434 and if that didn’t work they would then need to do a diagnostic for $185. I asked if they could change that bulbs while I waited and they said no that I would have to make a separate appointment. Given that this was a safety issue I decidedto try and resolve the issue on my own. I purchased the headlight bulb for $50 and in 20 - 30 minutes had it successfully replaced. I will now do the same with the fog light. I really question the integrity of the dealership’s service department on the quote they provided to me regarding this headlight and fog light issue. Especially disappointing is the fact that I have been going to this dealership for 10+ years for my car purchases and servicing. More

Went in for an oil change and to check a malfunction on the cell phone charger. Service advisor was friendly and welcoming. They did not check the charger thoroughly and claimed it was operating fine. I h the cell phone charger. Service advisor was friendly and welcoming.
