I have been a customer of Shawnee MIssion Kia for several years, having bought my last two cars from them and I've been happy with them until now. I had my car in for an oil change this week. As I was starti years, having bought my last two cars from them and I've been happy with them until now. I had my car in for an oil change this week. As I was starting to drive away, one of the staff noticed that I had a leak. My car was taken back into the service garage and given back to me to leave a few minutes later. I didn't need to drive it for a few days, then I drove to church this last Wednesday--about a 15 minute drive and noticed about halfway home that my car was running very hot. I had to have my car towed back to the Kia service center to address this problem. It is still there and I still do not know what the issue is. This car has low mileage and I have had no problem with it in the three years I've had it. It was working fine until I brought it in for this oil change. I'm very concerned about it. I gave them a good review right after the oil change, but that was before this problem popped up. Juan was my service technician. More

I’ve always been disappointed in the service at this dealership. Once I bought my car, that’s where the service ended. There’s not enough service people to help. I get conflicting information every time dealership. Once I bought my car, that’s where the service ended. There’s not enough service people to help. I get conflicting information every time I go as far as what service I should need and when. They have told me to ignore the automatic service messages, my car gives me. I still don’t know when I’m supposed to do my service intervals. I miss my Toyota dealership service. More
