HORRIBLE service department. They had my car for 8 days now and no updates. I had to call on my own after 5 days of no updates. It’s impossible to get an update over telephone. They just kept brushing me off and passing the phone around or telling me someone else will get back to me. I saw everyone else’s reviews and they’re similar. I wish I saw these reviews before taking my car in. The service advisor Moe is an extremely unprofessional. Jared charged me $270 for an oil change because my warranty was expired. I called ford and they said it’s not expired. They treat women so bad. Do not take your car here. This review is for Jared. I called ford and filed a complaint. More
After making a poor review for Serramonte Ford last week. Immediately an employee from Serramonte Ford comments on the negative review stating to reach out to them. As I stated before I have made dozens and dozens of phone calls to Serramonte Ford while going through cancer. I was trying to figure out how they can release a car off the lot that was in such a dangerous condition. After Matt Shone replied to my review, once again I immediately Reach Out. Multiple emails, multiple phone calls, I leave a personal voice message for him at Serramonte Ford. No return phone call no response to the email. I find it so pathetic that after multiple and multiple attempts to get a hold of someone to help me out. Matt has the audacity to respond to the review. And then once again ghost the customer like they always do. I was sent off the lot with the car that didn't even have a working horn. Pretty sure that's illegal considering that's a basic part of the safety check. The car is taking in water filling up the passenger floor in the front and back, and I discovered a major section missing on the passenger floor with multiple wires exposed as well as fuse box exposed. The wires Sizzle after the car has been running and heat is turned on. I am so disappointed in the service at Serramonte Ford. I really hope upper management takes a good look at the people representing them. More
