The degree in service I received from my salesperson Derek Pugh is just remarkable. The level of professionalism and knowledge he has demonstrated is absolutley commendable. Trust is not an easy attribute to find and he nailed it. He has demonstrated time and time again that he truly cares about his customers and the product he is selling them. I was and am treated with a level of respect and dignity that I will carry with me always. Bad experience turned great! After a month and a half and a very bad complaint, the GM referred me to his senior salesman and changed my opinion of the company for the better!
