I thought the dealership did great, they listened to my concerns and were able to get me into a truck while they had mine. No follow through or attention paid. I brought my car in by a preset appointment on Tuesday evening for an early Wed. appointment and dropped it off. First call was the diagnosis mid Wed. $1350 ac repair. I asked if the warranty is covering it and Jonathan said he was not aware of the warranty ( which we discussed at drop off and they already had a copy of) . He submitted the claim and said it would take about a day for approval. Jonathan called with approval the next day and said they have the part and could start on it and it should hopefully be done Friday afternoon and he would call. I waited until 4 PM and called them. Service told me my car has been ready. When I asked why I wasn't called the woman said it was because my service writer wasn't in. I don't think I have to explain to you why this is an issue. They were closing at 5 and not open again until Tuesday. They did not have the invoice billed . I had them switch me over to sales and they took my CC and left my keys for me to pick up. Luckily I could pick it up before the long weekend. My wife has had Cadillacs for past 12 years and always used Scranton for Service. When I bought my new Suburban I decided to use them also. Not sure I made the right choice. More

The manager took control of the situation and within 2 weeks had my seat cover replaced. No hassles. The young man that washed my car was wonderful and polite. I brought my truck in to have a headlight bulb replaced as it was discovered missing/not installed at all during repairs at Crown Buick GMC Saint Petersburg Florida… I told the service manager right up f as it was discovered missing/not installed at all during repairs at Crown Buick GMC Saint Petersburg Florida… I told the service manager right up front what I needed yet he still needed to charge me a diagnostic fee... total bill was $513 to replace a headlight bulb… Beyond ridiculous… I think it's called price gouging .
