Alison didn't bother to check if they had the part in stock before she issued the work order and retained the car for being serviced the same day. Do not i repeat DO NOT go to this dealership. The sales people have very manipulative tactics to sell cars. They would not offer a test drive unless an offer was made. Charles is a good guy, if you do deal here go to him. Joe (sales manager) is incredibly rude and basically says if you dont buy your car from him someone else will. I actually walked out of the dealership after feeling my intelligence was insulted by him. Other managers apologized on his behalf, but once you have that kind of experience its hard to forget it. On top of that, when I called to speak to the General Manager about my experience, I was told its not "their policy" to give the General Managers contact info, which raises more questions on my part. I would not trust a dealership that will not let you speak to their General Manager. Personally if Im spending that kind of money on something I would hope to get the service that goes with it.
